Beginning therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming or uncomfortable, but I strive to provide a warm, caring, and down to earth atmosphere. Our therapy space is a judgment-free zone - a place for you to be your true, authentic, imperfect self. I am a sounding board for you to share your pain and fear and celebrate your success and growth. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome their obstacles with the appropriate tools and insight. My job is to help you uncover the barriers and past experiences that created these obstacles.

I like to use a trauma-focused lens to understand where our maladaptive patterns of thinking or feeling originated and teach the necessary tools to overcome these barriers and change these patterns. I work with teenagers and adults, and my main areas of experience are anxiety, depression, body image, LGBTQ+ issues, pregnancy/postpartum, & women's issues.

I am neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming. My office is located in Danbury, and I am seeing clients in-person and via telehealth. It is my privilege to help folks in this healing journey, and I would love to help you find peace, too.
