Hi, I’m a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW),  but more than that—I’m someone who genuinely cares about helping people find hope, healing, and a sense of peace in their lives.

I’ve always believed in the power of human connection and the strength it takes to ask for help. My path into this work was driven by a deep desire to walk alongside people through some of life’s hardest moments—whether it’s the pain of addiction, the weight of anxiety or depression, or the overwhelm of simply trying to hold everything together.

In my work, I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully seen and heard. I meet people where they are, honoring each person’s unique story, values, and pace. Whether we’re exploring the roots of addiction, working through trauma, or learning new coping tools, my approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and real connection.

I provide services in both English and Spanish. I understand how important it is to express yourself in the language that feels most natural, especially when talking about deeply personal experiences. You are welcome here, just as you are.
