IN-PERSON AND TELEHEALTH SERVICES AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
First Step Wellness will submit claims to insurance companies for the above providers. Clients are responsible for co-payments and deductibles at the time of service.
First Step Wellness will provide services as an out of network provider if your insurance allows for this option. Payment should be made to us at the time of the visit and you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company. We will bill your insurance company as a courtesy only.
If you do not have insurance, we will be happy to see you as a self-pay client. Fees for individual counseling are $250.00 for initial intake and $150.00 for 60-minute sessions.
Intern self-pay fees are $100.00 for initial intake and $55.00 per 50-minute session.
Payment is due at the time of each visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, HSA Cards, Personal Check or Cash.
A service $35.00 fee will be charge for any returned check due to insufficient funds.
Financial concerns can add to emotional stress, therefore, we will work with individuals to determine an affordable fee for services when necessary. This will be done on a case by case basis.
First Step Wellness charges a $75.00 fee for missed appointments. We ask for the courtesy of a phone call to cancel within 24 hours.
We ask that you please be respectful of our schedules by providing us with 24-hour notice for cancellations. It is our policy to charge $75.00 for missed appointments or late cancellations. Thank you.
