First Step Wellness will submit claims to insurance companies for the above providers. Clients are responsible for co-payments and deductibles at the time of service.
First Step Wellness will provide services as an out of network provider if your insurance allows for this option. Payment should be made to us at the time of the visit and you will receive reimbursement from your insurance company. We will bill your insurance company as a courtesy only.
First Step Wellness believes finances should never be an obstacle for your mental well-being. If you do not have insurance, we will be happy to see you as a self-pay client. Fees for individual counseling are $125.00 for a on hour session. Payment is due at the time of each visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Check or Cash. A service $35.00 fee will be charge for any returned check due to insufficient funds.
Financial concerns can add to emotional stress, therefore, we will work with individuals to determine an affordable fee for services when necessary. This will be done on a case by case basis.
First Step Wellness charges a $50.00 fee for missed appointments. We ask for the courtesy of a phone call to cancel within 24 hours.
