If the days feel overwhelming, unmanageable, confusing, or doubtful – you are not alone. We all need intentional time to pause and care for our minds and bodies. A time to refill our cup. It would be my honor to walk alongside you in your mental health journey towards living a well-rounded life. Whether it is to process life events together or learn how to better manage emotions and accompanying symptoms – I intend to cultivate a safe, judgement-free atmosphere and a warm therapeutic alliance that assists you in meeting all your goals through therapy.

Isabella Coture, LPCA – Isabella earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Western Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Bridgeport. Isabella has years of experience working with individuals of all ages. She also offers Christian counseling as requested. She is passionate about reducing stigma around mental health and furthering the development of her psychoeducation skills.
