I believe healing happens when we feel seen and understood. I am committed to developing a compassionate therapeutic relationship where clients can safely explore their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance their emotional and spiritual resilience through a holistic perspective that considers each client’s unique values and faith.

My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in both professional training and faith. I work with clients to identify and address unhelpful thought patterns, process pain, and foster a stronger sense of hope and purpose. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and discover growth as we journey together toward healing, peace, and renewal.

My goal is to provide support to individuals through evidence-based approaches and faith-based Christian counseling (upon request).

In December 2025, I will complete my Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Baypath University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
