Program Overview: 

 This group is designed for high school girls who want to develop a strong sense of self,  improve confidence, and build healthy relationships. Over 10 weeks, participants will  explore key topics that shape their identity and well-being during adolescence.  

Topics Include:  

-Building Confidence & Self-Esteem  

-Understanding Self-Worth & Self-Awareness  

-Setting Healthy Boundaries  

-Navigating Relationships  

-Effective Communication Skills  

-Body Image & Media Influence 

 -Setting and Achieving Personal Goals  

-Social Expectations & Belongingness  

Who Should Join? 

High school girls seeking a supportive space to:  

Develop self-confidence 

 Learn to set and maintain boundaries 

 Improve communication and relationship skills  

Embrace their unique identity and values  

Connect with peers facing similar challenges  

Program Details:

Start Date: January 15, 2025 

 Day/Time: Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM  Location: In person, located at 412 Main St., Danbury, CT 06810  Cost: $25 per session / $250 total [Payment plans available]  Facilitator: Imani DuBois, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA)
